our coven
Witchual is a multi-generational coven of Celtic women that love and support one another through words, actions and intention. It started when a pregnant mama began making spells with herbs from her garden for the women in her life. This was all in an effort to help manifest abundance, cultivate self-love, welcome financial independence and cut ties with old lovers and outdated stories.
At Witchual we believe in the power within every woman, the power to nurture, to heal and to overcome. Welcome to the coven. All are welcome.
Yamamba, the mountain witch of Japanese folklore, dwelled deep in the forests. Yamamba are created when young women accused of crimes or wicked deeds flee into the wilderness to live in exile.
Yamamba is our fire and our inspiration for the brand. She transforms pain into power. She skirts cultural norms and lives for herself alone, sublimating others’ judgement into power. She might be scary to some, but others know her great ferocity exists to protect her great well of love.
